These terms describe how we normally trade. Where a signed contract, purchase order or quotation states something different, that document takes precedence over this page.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, because PTFE resin and steel prices move. A quotation covers the sizes, materials, flange standard and scope written in it. Anything not written in it — extra spools, spare gaskets, third-party inspection, special packing — is quoted separately.
We manufacture to the drawings and data you supply. You are responsible for their accuracy and for confirming they suit the service. If we see a conflict, an impossible dimension, or a lining that will not survive the stated medium and temperature, we will raise it before production rather than build to it silently. Drawings you send remain your property and are used only for your order.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Payment terms, currency and the deposit ratio are stated on each quotation and confirmed order. Production starts when the deposit and the approved drawing are both in hand. Bank charges outside our bank are for the buyer's account.
The Incoterm, port of loading and lead time are stated on the quotation. Lead time runs from the later of deposit receipt or drawing approval. Dates are given in good faith; delays caused by inspection, shipping space, customs or force majeure are notified as soon as we know. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.
Each item is tested before packing, and the records travel with the goods. A typical document package contains:
Third-party inspection by a body you nominate is welcome; the cost and any resulting delay sit with the buyer.
We warrant our products against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from delivery, or as otherwise agreed in the contract. If a defect appears within that period, we repair or replace the affected item. The warranty does not cover damage from use outside the medium, concentration, temperature and pressure we confirmed for the order, from mechanical impact, or from modification by others.
Please inspect the goods on arrival and notify us of visible damage or shortage within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and the packing list. Hidden defects should be reported as soon as they are found and within the warranty period. We will investigate and respond with a proposed remedy.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of production, loss of profit, or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; if that fails, by arbitration or the court agreed in the contract. Where no forum was agreed, the courts at our place of business have jurisdiction.
Drawings, process data and commercial terms you share with us are treated as confidential. We do not disclose your project or reuse your drawings for other customers.
